USJ Family Day (by JKP3) 19June2010

JKP3 will be organizing its first ever Family Day Event. The purpose of this event is to foster closer ties among the residents under JKP Zone 3 (covers USJ2 to USJ15, which is approximately 100,000). 

Date     : Saturday, 19 June 2010

Time     : 5pm to 10pm (registration for lucky draw: from 5pm onwards)

            Venue   : MPSJ Padang at USJ5, Subang Jaya

Goodies bags will be distributed to the first 500 registered families 

Lucky draw (lucky draw will be conducted throughout the program, from 730pm till 10pm
(Please register before 7pm to be in the draw)

Pilates Clinic by Signature Pilates Studio *
5:30pm till 6:30pm
Briefing on the history of pilates and how it act as a non-medical treatment for modern days issues, such as shoulders problem, lower back and hips complication, foot and knee, scoliosis, pregnancy related pains, flexibility and mobility for aged citizen.  Briefing would be followed by demonstration and participation of breathing exercise and correct posture in standing and sitting. Finally, pilates instructors would perform postural analysis to individual.
